Anca Balietti

Hi, I am Anca, an Assistant Professor in Environmental Economics at Heidelberg University (Germany). Previously, I was a post-doctoral research fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School. I received my PhD from the University of Zurich.

I use experimental and quasi-experimental methods to study how individuals, firms, and jurisdictions interact with the environment and how this in turn affects them. My main focus is on environmental public goods, such as air pollution and climate change.
